Let’s Focus on Who Votes,

Not Who Wins.

Our Mission

Our Mission

Improve the voting experience for all voters and make it easier for more women to vote. Because when more women vote, more women get elected, and we prioritize policies that impact women and children. Join us in advancing the mission our suffragist sisters fought for so bravely over 100 years ago.

About Us

Amber Faye McReynolds

Amber McReynolds is a leading expert on election administration, policy, and innovation. Her professional career has been focused on strengthening democratic institutions to improve the voting experience for all: first as an election official, serving as the director of elections for the City and County of Denver, Colorado; then as a thought leader and founding chief executive officer for a nonpartisan election policy organization; and now serving as a business executive and leader supporting election officials, government institutions, businesses, and nonpartisan organizations across the United States. She has proven that designing pro-voter policies, voter-centric processes, and modernizing technology will improve the voting experience for all. During her time at Denver Elections, McReynolds led efforts to modernize and secure the voting process with: the implementation of a first-in-the-world ballot tracking, reporting, and communication program to increase accountability and enhance security; implementation of eSign, a digital petition collection application; and implementation of a new accessible paper-ballot based voting system.  In 2018, Governing Magazine named her as a Top Public Official of the Year for her work to improve the voting process. She was also recognized as a 2020 Top Women in Business in Colorado and awarded the 2022 Alumni Achievement Award by the University of Illinois. Amber was appointed by the President of the United States and confirmed by the U.S. Senate to the Board of Governors for the United States Postal Service and is currently the Chairwoman. Amber also serves on the National Election Task Force on Election Crises, the National Council on Election Integrity, the advisory board for the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Election and Data Science Lab, Courageous Colorado board, Represent Women board, Civic Resolve advisory board, and is a member of Leadership Now and the Colorado Women’s Chamber. McReynolds also served on the 2021 Colorado Independent Redistricting Commission.
